from right to left !!!

hi everybody!
1- i have a littel problem , when i write by arabic word , i can not write from right to left & i use the cp1256 encoding,
2- i can not use a arabic letters for a file name , it seem like "?????"
& thanks!

I don't think it's necessarily a KDE problem. It could be missing fonts or missing language packs from your distro.

Did you already find out how to enable RTL dialogs? Just pass the --reverse flag with the application you want to launch. I'm not sure where you can find the setting to make this automatically apply to all applications.
