How to start KDE for only one display?

Hi!
Thanks to kde-community for your work!
I need a little help =)

I've nVidia GeForce 6600 with tv-out.
Distro - Debian Sarge 3.1r0a (mixed stable and unstable).
Login manager - KDM.
The X-server (X.Org) is propertly configured. So I've two displays (:0.0 - CRT and :0.1 - TV).
I'm using a second display (:0.1) for watching movies with mplayer.
It's all fine, but I'm also have a second copy of KDE running on display :0.1 (copy kdesktop and other components). But I don't need it on TV. I need only a pure X-server screen there, without a kde environment.

How can I do that thing???

As I understand this can be done with KDM, but I'm realy can't figure out where is the solve of my problem.

P.S. Thank you and sorry for my english =)

RE: How to start KDE for only one display?

ok! Problem is partly solved.

All we need is to add one line in [X11] section of ~/.kde/share/config/kcmdisplayrc:
disableMultihead=true

=))))

But we still have second copy of kwin. =\
$ ps ax | grep kwin
4648 ? S 0:00 kwin [kdeinit] -session 10b0e29ea0000114457372800000045530000_1146685418_163122 -display :0.0
4649 ? S 0:00 kwin [kdeinit] -session 10b0e29ea0000114457372800000045530001_1146685418_163270 -display :0.1
