Out of office reply for POP3 server

Hi all,

Does anyone here know if there's a way of setting up an out of office reply for
a POP account? Kmail has the Tools->Edit "Out Of Office" Replies function, but
that tells me to set up the IMAP server's Filtering. Is it possible to do this with POP
at all, with or without Kmail?
