KDE Update

Hi, i have Freebsd 5.4, and the KDE that he have is 3.4, but, I want update mi KDE to the last version stable, please, i need know where i find the package to my Freebsd, or how i update that?

With pkg_add for example. But explaining this command is beyond my knowledge and the scope of this forum. There is plenty of FreeBSD documentation available which introduces you to packages and ports.
