Setting primary display

There seems to be a bug (or missing feature perhaps) in nvidia twinview, so if you you have one DVI and one analog monitor then the analog one will always be the primary. Is there any way to set the default monitor in KDE? I'm getting really annoyed at emacs popping up on the "wrong" display all the time.
