Missing Styles after 3.5.1 upgrade

<p style="margin-top: 0">[/align]
Ok, so I thought I would be smart and upgrade my SUSE 10.0 KDE 3.4.2 to the current release.....After doing this, I ran into dependencies that were beyond my knowledge; almost none of my 'K' apps would function.

So I says "I'll just go back to 3.4.2 using my original discs (right?). Not right. I seemingly have regained all of the lost functionality, but now I have only 5 styles appearing in the dropdown list in Control Center.

I have 10.1 beta 6 on a different drive and it works just fine (except it won't install packages after initial install.) So I search both file systems for discrepancies in the themes and styles, etc. 6 hours later and still only 5 styles; even though ALL of the files I found were exactly the same. I have everything just where it should be. So I assume that there is a config file somewhere which I have missed.

For what it's worth, the repair tool on the install CD fixed the problem. Some sort of Gnome app.
