[KNewsTicker] favicon not picked up

[KNewsTicker] favicon not picked up

Hi.

I am using KDE 3.5.1 w/ Fedora Core 4. When I add a new source RSS to KNewsTicker, it will not pick up its favicon.ico when the icon file is not placed in the URL's root directory. For instance, I have an entry for Autoblog (www.autoblog.com). Its favicon file is stored in the media subdirectory, which makes its full URL "http://www.autoblog.com/media/favicon.ico". However, entering this full URL to the icon editbox does not have any affect on the news source; the icon will not show up even if I restart KNewsTicker. What gives?

I just added AutoBlog to my KNewsTicker sources - no Icon. After adding the path to the Icon it is there, but displayed way too big. Tested with KDE 3.5.1 on Kubuntu Dapper. Maybe you should file a bug on bugs.kde.org if somebody hasn't done that already.
