Dial a number from Kaddress

In the 'General Settings' configuration for Kaddress there's a place to add 'Script-Hooks' for 'phone and fax. I use WengoPhone SIP for outgoing calls and want to add something so that I can click on a number in the address book and the number is dialled automatically.

By simply entering 'wengophone' in the Script-Hooks 'phone field, when I click on the number it launches WengoPhone, (even if the application is already running). Anyone know what script to enter so that the number is dialled in the already running WengoPhone app?

Thanks

That depends if the application, in your case WengoPhone, provides some way to communicate with its running instance, for example a command socket, commandline parameters of its executable or a DCOP or DBUS interface.

Thanks,

That makes sense. I'll see if I can't find out.

The answer from Wengo is that they do not support script hooks. So that's that then.

Thanks for the help
