how can i remve this bug

when i moves upward wtth up level toolbar in kde window , kde window close & give following mess, in backward direction , works smothly. I use kde which comes with fc4.

what is this
an application mostly receives the sigsegb signal due to a bug in the app. the app was asked to save its documents.
