Hi.
I am using KDE 3.5.0 with Fedora Core 4. I recently changed the Keyboard Layout settings (under KDE Control Panel) to use the Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard layout. While it does enable me to use certain media keys, such as Mail, Web/Home and Messenger, it seems to override the keycode settings I have in /etc/X11/Xmodmap. For instance, I have the Win key (keycode 115) set to F13 and map it to open the KDE popup menu. However, the Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard setting seems to nullify the mapping. Now if I hit the Win key under the "Keyboard Shortcuts," it says it's "Win+" instead of "F13," just like before I mapped the keycode in Xmodmap.
So my question is, which configuration file should I modify to restore the original Xmodmap settings I have? I assume it's under ~/.kde but I have no idea what to look for.
TIA,
Dai
