problem with KDE 3.5 and ksmoothdock

problem with KDE 3.5 and ksmoothdock

Ever since upgrading to KDE 3.5, ksmoothdock does not work right. There are no errors, but the dock appears about an inch above the bottom of the screen, and will not goto the bottom, even after moving or disabling the kde panel. Tried 3.6beta and 3.5.1 of ksmoothdock with same problem.

This has been reported on bugs.kde.org , and ksmoothdock's SF.net bugs page, and kde-look.org . But still no solution.

Anyone know how to fix this?
