Multiple sessions with different config files

How would I start a new kde session with a different xorg.conf file? I have an ATI card, and fglrx is too buggy for me to run permanently, but it's nice to have when gaming. so I generated a new conf file at /etc/X11/xorg.conf.fglrx, and I've been trying to find a way to launch it, but haven't found any. Is there a simple command line way to do this? ( like 'startx -- :1 [option here for config file] /etc/X11/xorg.conf.fglrx' )?

Thanks,

David
