Missing a (needed) KDE piece/dialog

I did a (lot of) SVN build since 3.4, but not for every piece of it (I don't need/use kdeedu) so I went with split -svn ebuilds, but I miss a feature I had in a full 3.4 install, and I really need it.
When saving/copying/moving a picture in konqueror, and a file with the same name exists in the destination directory, I was used to o dialog with a preview of the old one, and the options to overwrite, auto-rename, edit, or cancel. Now I only have Overwrite or cancel. Any clue which is missing here?
