kde printing module GUI hung up

Using MDV 2005LE with KDE 3.3.2
This is a new problem.
KDE printing configurator opens hung and stays hung. No mouse clicks work.
Open kcmshell printer module from konsole and it opens the GUI but still hung up. Printer test page works from the Mandrake control center.

Any ideas?
