KControl Peripherals lacking keyboard controls

Hmm, I recently did a Gentoo emerge of KDE 3.4.1, and when I finally got everything up and running, the KControl Peripheral Keyboard setting page is nowhere to be found. I tried rebuilding kcontrol, but no luck so far. Anyone got any suggestions?
