Can't print in any KDE programs

Can't print in any KDE programs

Ever since I upgraded to KDE 3.4.2 I get this message when I try to print:

A print error occurred. Error message received from system:

Error while reading filter description for true. Empty command line received.

How do I fix this problem? Thanks.
