kmix settings lost on restart

Any suggestions about the problem that kmix always has not those settings it was closed with before restarting the computer ? It means that _everytime_ I want to here music I have to start kmix an redo all the settings.

First see if the restore volumes on login is selected in the kmix settings and then see your os's mixer settings.
