[kopete] icq support is going worse

First of all let me say that kopete is the best IM for kde, and I really appreciate kopete's developer work.

But I've a question... between each kopete release it seems that icq support is going worse.

Let me explain it...
Now with kopete 0.10.3 (from debian unstable) I've lost this features:
1) notification support: when a user come online kopete doesn't tell me anything
2) I'm unable to force a status (online, invisible, busy,...) with single users. I can be invisble to all unsers, instead to user foo.

I'm the only one experimenting this?
Why some features are lost with version upgrades?
