Howto create themes for KDE

Hi, i would like to create themes for KDE but i have no idea how to do that, if someone could help me with this i would be very grateful.

Maybe you're thinking about something different, but I think you can just setup your desktop the way you like it, goto "Appearance & Themes" -> "Theme Manager", and press the "Create New Theme..." button. A new theme will be created using your current desktop setup.
