can't install adblock in Konqueror.

Hi!
I have downloaded adblock here:
http://lists.kde.org/?l=kfm-devel&m=111454967004664&q=p3

but I don't know how to install it...
if someone can help me...I'm newbie...

If you are a newbie, you better wait for the KDE3.5 release in the near future. It will have this built-in

it's not the answer that I'm expecting for...
if it's only copy a directory in another directory...
it's easy...
but there is no Help or Readme on how install it...
if someone know that...
