[Kopete] Plugin settings screen nowhere to be found?

Hey all,

I'm trying to get history loggin enabled in Kopete. I discovered that there should be a plugin I can enable. However, where the hell do I find the "Plugin settings" dialog? The only settings I have are "Configure Kopete..." which gives me just the 3 possibilities Account, Behaviour and Appearance.

Am I missing out on something?
