[KTorrent] Error while loading a torrent

I'm using KTorrent 1.1RC1 with SuSE 10.0.

I'm trying to load a .torrent file, but KTorrent won't process it:

An error occurred whilst loading the torrent file. The most likely cause is that the torrent file is corrupted, or it is not a torrent file at all.

This same torrent file works fine with Azureus. Any idea what's up?
