If you want to burn the image directly, there is an option for that.

I think under "Tools"

I created an image from kubuntu.iso with k3B
name 'kubuntu.img'
I selected Tools > CD > Burn Image
so burning went success

when open media CD
result shows 'kubuntu.iso' is ONLY 1 File on CD

I will not think I can boot from that CD, can I?

No, I need a burn program, that burns all the files, that are in kubuntu.iso
so I can use this CD for anything

An ISO file I already have in my harddrive.
Why should I need such a file on a CD ?

Usually one gets the ISO file as a file on the CD is if you burn it like a data file.
If you chose burn ISO from Tools, it should be just a CD

Are you sure you are burning the correct image?
perhaps you created an image that contains another one?
