Two of my icons keep moving everytime I restart the system (KDE 3.3.2). Searching the internet I've been unable to find a solution (there are no hidden .desktop files, there are no auto-arrange settings enable, they are not dynamic icons being moved, there is no SuSe icon watcher).
There is nothing special about the two icons: I have two pairs of icons, two thunderbird icons, and two openoffice icons, one of each pair gets moved!
It isn't even the rightmost one from each pair being moved, one is the left of the pair, the other is the right of the pair.
How can I get this to stop happening, it is very annoying!
Details:
Mepis 3.3.1 (with apt-get upgrade unstable)
KDE 3.3.2

You may try Enterra Icon Keeper . It is an elegant solution to the icons arrangement problem. It works fine for me, so I think it also must be helpful for you. Though it's shareware you can try it for free. Two of my icons keep moving everytime I restart the system (KDE 3.3.2).
