kdeprintfax

Hi,
I'm woring with suse9.2. I'd like to send a fax using kdeprintfax and get the following message : faxq-helper:
Neither fax.allow nor fax.deny exist,
so only 'root' may use the fax service. Sorry.
can't create new job directory, give up
So I conneceted as root and : same message !!!!
What am I supposed to do now ?
