Thunderbird - Keyboard shortcut not working.

I am on Suse 9.3, KDE 3.4.2. I used to have Kmail and had the "Win+M" key assigned to it. I have since uninstalled kmail and have replaced it with Thunderbird. I've set the same keyboard shortcut. It won't work anymore! Help!

Similar problem.

This problem seems to happen when you uninstall the application associated with a short cut and then install another application.
For eg: I have the problem with Firefox too. I uninstalled Ffox 1.0.6 and then installed 1.5 beta 1. Same problem! I have <Win+F> associated with the browser.
Any ideas?
