rename or remove inbox in kmail

Hi!

Im trying to migrate from thunderbird to kmail (kontact seems very nice), but im used to having one inbox per mail account and so I want to get rid of or rename the top-level folder named inbox. However I can find no way to remove it (if I delete inbox* and .inbox* in ~/Mail it is just recreated next time) or rename it. Is this possible ?( How?
