Get Hot New Stuff?

Hello there, I came across the get hot new stuff buzz on the internet and wanted to give it a try but none of my applications seem to have the buttons required to download content from the internet. Tried to find packages or a tutorial on how to make this work with my SuSE 9.3 box but been out of luck.

Does anyone out there know how to "Get Hot New Stuff" say for Kopete or wallpapers or KDM themes, etc?
