Filter to check if the to: field in an e-mail is empty

The last version of kmail allows to send an e-mail with an e-mail address in any field of to:, cc: and bcc: . The problem is that I put automatically my e-mail address in the bcc: field and sometimes I send e-mails without the destination address and kmail does of course not complain because of having empty the cc: and to: fields.

I was trying to create a filter for sending e-mails that would execute a command whenever this happens so at least I am notified and I can send it again (I don't know if there is a simpler or better way, even blocking the message being sent).

Any idea about how to do it?

Thanks in advance,

D.
