Konqueror, digicam

Hi,

I am going crazy because I am not able to do the followings:
1) Konqueror.
I have in my fstab several entries. Among them I have two lines for my usbpen and my digital camera.
How to I change the icon of both links, without affecting other devices? I tried with Properties -> Edit File Type but it changes also the other devices too?

2) I am unable to map my digital camera to the mounting point.
I have a Fuji E550 using USB. I created with UDEV a rule to create a smylink named fujidcam.
So, I have: /dev/sdc1 and /dev/fujidcam
My mounting point is /mnt/fujidcam
I can browse through but am not able to connect digicam package to it.
What should I do?

Please help.
I am using Gentoo amd-64 2005 with kernel 2.6.11-gentoo-r11 #7 Tue Jul 26 18:02:38 CEST 2005 x86_64 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+ AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux

Thanks,
Spiro

in gentoo I would emerge -a gphoto2

this is the best tool I have seen to retreive photos from a digital camera

the -a should let you see the dependencie for this software

I do not know how you can mount it but I had the same problem with a canon digicam and found out that it was just a camera, not a mass storage. so it seems that some digicam can work as mass storage and can be mounted, some other ARE NOT mass storage and CANNOT be mounted

but gphoto2 should get your photos
