No keyboard in peripherals

Hello,

I'm using KDE (latest stable) with Gentoo. I have an azerty-keyboard but KDE uses qwerty instead.

The thing is that in CONTROL CENTER / PERIPHERALS there is NO (!) KEYBOARD (just display - joystick - mouse) :(
I've checked REGION also but that's ok = Belgium.
In Gentoo it's ok but in the KDE it seems that I can't change the keyboard layout ???

Can someone give me a solution?
