KDevelop - Code Completion Error

I am new to KDevelop. I found its code completion feature really useful. but at times the code completions is not working. I am using KDevelop 3.1.1. I created a Qt PCS in the Project Options/ C++ Specific. It seemed to work for some time after giving a reformat source option. the code completion fails to work.

Guys am i doing something wrong

How do we delete the PCS ?
