KDE is acting really weird!

I installed Gentoo 2005.0 Kernel 2.6.10-r3 and I followed a bit this mini guide.

I added KDE to the xinirtc so that KDE starts up when I type startx

Everything works fine, I have setted my screen well, installed Firefox and amsn

But the keyboard language is English I think, but the keyboard language of Gentoo, so in text mode, is good, azerty

When I open Home I get the 'open with' screen :? :?

I can't open trash or system icon, he just doesn't do anything

I also can't open the console, but I can run programs :?
