Missing edit button on kmail regexp rules

Hi!
I'm using SuSe 9.2 professional with kde 3.3 and kmail 1.7.1. For some reason the edit button for regular expressions in the filter rule of kmail is gone, I know have kdeutils install which is required (it supposed to contained kderegexpeditor file), any ideas to reinstall the default regular expression editor for KDE 3.3 (which is kderegexpeditor)?
