Printing dialog doesnt support Collate and PageRange

KDEPrint (kprinter) is perfect except the fact that it does not provide page range and collate support. Both page range and collate are supported by CUPS printing system.

Is there any reason why those features are not supported?

I am not sure if this isn't supported or if kdeprint is jsut not aware of the printers capabilities.
