All Panel Applets Are Root - 3.3.0

Good Day All . . .

I am logged in as a user but everything that I add to the panel as Add > Application Button has Root:Root permissions.

The .kde directory and all the enclosed files have the user permissions.

I can find no way to change them.

Any suggestions?
