No Messaging Services

Hi, Im kind of new to kopete and Im trying to add an excisting icq account. But when Im trying to add a new account there are no messaging services to choose from in "Step One: Choose Messaging Service(s)".
Im running gentoo so kopete is installed through portage.

Try installing all of kdenetwork and see if that helps.
