control Panel like Mac OS X

Hi... Im new here.

Here is my first question: I want to make my control panel look like in mac os x, i already have got the right icons. But my problem is to integrate the buttons fromt the active program into the panel... Do you know how i can do this?

k-> control centre

Desktop -> Behaviour

General

change Menu Bar at Top of Screen from "None" to "Current application's menu bar (Mac OS-style)"
