[Kopete] issues getting incoming messages

I can receive incoming messages just fine from most of my list(aim buddies only afiak have this problem), however a few people msg me and i cannot see the messages. one account in particular is the account on my desktop, running aim ver. 5.9.3702 other accounts in the list are having no issues and using the same version of aim. another account is using Gaim, and i cannot receive messages from him either. I dont know anyone else using gaim so i cannot further test that.

Anyone have a suggestion, or need more info to help troubleshoot please let me know.
