Cant Mount CD (FreeBSD5.3-RELEASE)

I'm attempting to mount a CD in FreeBSD, but it keeps giving this error:

Quoted

Could not mount device.
The reported error was:
cd9660: /dev/acd0: Operation not permitted
How do I set it up so I can get permissions to do it?

I have sudo set up properly, but I can't figure out how to get KDE to use it.
