configure KDEVELOP on freeBSD

Hello

I want to start a project using KDevelop, I know I must do some configuration on it afther installing it on freeBSD, I tried everything I could think at on google.com, I found just some bits of information that I could really understand, I tried most of them , but still didn't work.

So it starts with no problem but i cannot compile.

What I installed so far are: Qt, Qmake, KDevelop
all from ports.

So what I'm asking is could someone help me with a step by step configuration or give me a starting point.
