Compiling KDE 3.4 on mandrake 10.2 cooker

The last two years I learned to compile KDE cvs. Its great. But now for a year there is a problem. I Compile kde3.4 cvs on mandrake 10.2 cooker. The compileproces arts, kdelibs en kadebase and kdepim is witout any problem.

Then I start kde in a user enviremont and al what I see is de kde iconds but no menu and no icons. Can anyone help mee whit this problem?

The problem begin on mandrake 9.2.
