Installing KDE Software with AVG 2012

I've tried installing KDE-0.9.9.1 /Konqueror for windows. During installation, kbuildsycoca4.exe and kwalletd.exe could not be created. Other software would not function. I noticed error messages seemed to come from AVG 2012 free edition Identity Protection module. Is there a compatibility issue to resolve? Konqueror does not function with Identity Protection running.
