2 new ideas for the upcoming KDE release

Hi every body, it's my first post on kde-forum.org !

I think about 2 ideas of applications for KDE :

- A VoIP phone for the PIM applications project. There are actually
Kphone and Twinkle but they aren't ported to KDE 4 and above all they
aren't integrated with others PIM applications, like KaddressBook and Kontact. This
VoIP phone will should be compatible with the SIP protocol (imperative
for a VoIP phone for me) and, why not, an input in Kontact, as others
PIM applications. And also, in Kaddressbook, a field for the SIP
address of a contact.

- The second idea is a services menu manager. Currently we must copy
desktop files and scripts in the right directory, and, if we want to
remove a service menu, we must find all the files to remove it. I think
it isn't really practical, and it already exist some interfaces to
manage addons : plasmoids, amarok scripts,... This interface scheme is the same and we can add, remove, download a plasmoid/amarok script/... I think a interface like that but for services menu should be a good thing.

It's may be not very clear, but, I'm sorry, I don't widely speak English ;) .

And according to you, these are good ideas ?
