I love Konqueror, it is the best file manager I've ever used. I generally employ the Terminal Emulator so I can use a bit of CLI-fu on the directory I've navigated to, but I have a question:

Is there a keystroke so I can insert the stuff in the clipboard buffer in to the terminal emulator?

With konsole you can use "Shift + Insert" and it will spit whatever is in the clipboard on to the command line. But if I try this with the Konqueror terminal emulator it instead spits up a dialog box that says "Filename for clipboard contents." Using "Control + V" in the terminal emulator just gives me this output: "^v". This behavior does not change if I configure the terminal emulator to use Konsole's settings. I need to use the mouse middle click to paste the clipboard contents. This is a slight nuisance since I have to use my hands away from the keyboard.

Is this a bug or a feature? Is there a workaround (a cursory net search and look at various preferences didn't immediately suggest one)?

Also, while I may have the attention of a konqueror develop or two, one feature that might be kind of useful would be the ability to define a button or bookmark that could execute a command. For instance, I'd like to hit a button that executed the command "kate Note.txt' opening a new text file in my current directory called note.txt. I know I can add a "text file" button to a toolbar, but then I have to type in the name "note.txt" and then double click on the file to open kate, plus it creates a backup file that I have to clean up later (I know I can disable that or ignore the backup file, but that's not the point). I don't suppose there is a way to do something like that now?
