No transfer File

Hi guys I post in this forum because I haven't finded solution to my problem: when I receive a file from my friends (on MSN ) this file is of 0 kb, why????

I search on this forum and other have this problem but I don't know if this is a bug or my problem............

OS > Debian SID_KDE 3.5_Last Kopete on repository
