i tried to change the panel color but i didnt find the option in the Panel Configuration...

can you help me?

If you want to change the color of the kicker, Open the Control Center (kcontrol) -> Desktop -> Panels -> Appearance tab. You should look at the Panel Background section.

If you are trying to change the color of a transparent panel click on the "Advanced Options" button at the bottom of the screen.

That's strange. I have five items at the left of the dialog. Appearance is clearly missing in your screenies.
