My openoffice's menu can't display any word!

sorry for my bad english!I'm chinese^_^
today when i open my openoffice writer,i found it can't display any word not only chinese but also english in menu and Tool fence.it means my menu and tool fence is a Blank paper!Impres and calc have same problem.

I'm looking forward reply to solve my problem!
