GUI for "./configure;make;make instal" ???????????????

In Suse 9.0, there is an kde-app that appear when I double click "configure.sh" then automatically do "make;make install"

What exactly is it ????
I think it is Kinstaller or something like that but I can't find it in www.kde-aap.org

Please help me
