Where are fonts and colors settings stored?

Hi all.
Where KDE stores settings for fonts and colors used? I want to make it a same for both user and root, so i think i just need to locate a files with my settings and to copy it to /root (am i right?), but which files needs to be copied?

The fonts are stored in the config-files of the application. For example, the fonts of Konqueror are stored in ~/.kde/share/config/konquerorrc (you can't copy the whole file because it contains also other settings).

Note that it is unsafe to login as root into KDE: it is better to execute the administrative tools with kdesu.

Hey, man, i maybe noob but not stupid... :D I run some apps (like Synaptic or Kate) as root, but they looks different because i modified a default colors and use my fonts and for root it's just default KDE style. So i want to get an unified look for all parts of my desktop. How do i do it?

The most of this kind of settings are proberly in ~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals (things like global key shurtcuts, window colours etc.).

If there are settings you can't find, or if they are part of a config-file you don't want to copy, you can also execute [code:1]kdesu kconfig[/code:1] and setup the same options manually.
